This is the first time my whole family has traveled with me there. In fact, this was Kari's first trip to Chiapas and Lora's first time to return since she was four. We also took both grandkids, and they were so excited to be able to use their passports for the first time.
La Fe Viviente, the group of churches there in Chiapas, planned the celebration to coincide with their annual pastors' seminar, so we not only were able to celebrate my personal ministry, but to also help build up others' as well. Many dear ministry friends joined us for the week and shared in the morning sessions with the pastors.
The whole convention was wonderful, but when the time came to celebrate, all the people were ready for the Fiesta! They had an amazing program planned out for that Thursday afternoon with music, dancing, singing, a banquet, and more presentations of gifts and expressions of love than we could count.
I thank God for the opportunity I have had to work so closely with these dear people for so many years, and I look forward to the future with gratitude and hope.
My family and I love you all very dearly and pray constantly for your blessing and growth.
Thank you for your prayers and support,
Dale
